Aicloud Consulting is seeking a highly skilled US Recruiter to join our growing team. As a data, research, and technology partner, we help businesses leverage AI and cloud solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in AI, data, software, IT, and business functions. This is a remote, performance-driven opportunity ideal for a recruiter with established connections in the US market.
You will work independently to build a pipeline of pre-vetted candidates and collaborate closely with our leadership team. We offer competitive base pay plus commission and a clear path toward managerial growth as our organization continues to expand internationally.

Key Requirements
Existing relationships with at least 2 US hiring managers or HR professionals
2+ years of professional recruiting experience
Proven ability to source and qualify candidates in IT and tech sectors
Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Proficiency with modern ATS and recruiting software tools
Deep understanding of the US technology and business hiring market
Ability to handle full-cycle recruitment from outreach to onboarding
Analytical mindset to track and report on placement metrics
