Key Requirements

B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification Registered Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya or an equivalent recognized professional body At least ten (10) years of overall professional experience in the engineering sector At least five (5) years of extensive experience specifically in Traffic and Road Safety Engineering At least five (5) years of extensive experience working on highway projects of similar size and complexity Previous professional experience working within the Kenyan or East African regional context Ability to commit to a full-time position for a contract duration of 30 months In-depth knowledge of road safety standards and traffic engineering principles Proficiency in traffic modeling and road safety audit software tools Excellent technical report writing and communication skills in English
