Proven experience as a Business Analyst specifically within Analytics, BI, or Data environments. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives. Strong domain expertise in at least one area: Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, or Operations. Extensive stakeholder management experience, particularly with senior business leaders. Hands-on experience with BI and Analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Deep exposure to the SAP Analytics ecosystem, including BW, HANA, and S/4. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint tracking and backlog management. Proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ability to manage and report on sprint metrics, burn-down charts, and velocity. Extensive experience in dependency, risk, and release management. Proven stakeholder management skills across distributed and global teams. Domain experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences programs. Exposure to Commercial Analytics, PSP, CRM, Claims, or Specialty Pharmacy Data.

15–20 years of experience in software engineering. Strong background in Java backend systems and large-scale architectures. Proven experience managing multi-team engineering organizations as a leader of leaders. Deep understanding of distributed systems, service design, and scalability. Experience in domains like e-commerce, payments, logistics, or high-transaction platforms. Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. Experience leading multiple engineering teams through senior managers. Proven track record of improving delivery predictability and production readiness. Ability to drive architecture decisions that scale effectively. Experience in building and mentoring strong leadership pipelines.

Monitor and manage automation workflows and processes to ensure system stability. Handle L2 & L3 support tickets and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Perform deep troubleshooting of bots and automated processes to identify root causes. Execute minor enhancements and bug fixes in existing automation workflows. Maintain operational efficiency through consistent incident resolution and support. Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for future reference. Utilize Media AI tools such as Roots Automation or HeyGen for workflow optimization. Work with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, for ticket tracking and management.
