ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – ENGINEERING (JAVA BACKEND) @ TMD
As an Associate Director of Engineering for the Java Backend team, you will lead multiple engineering teams through senior managers and tech leaders. Key Requirements
15–20 years of experience in software engineering.
Strong background in Java backend systems and large-scale architectures.
Proven experience managing multi-team engineering organizations as a leader of leaders.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, service design, and scalability.
Experience in domains like e-commerce, payments, logistics, or high-transaction platforms.
Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
