AUTOMATION & MEDIA AI ENGINEER (SENIOR ASSOCIATE) @ XPERTEEZ TECHNOLOGY
Xperteez Technology is urgently hiring an Automation & Media AI Engineer for a Senior Associate position located in Bangalore, India, operating under a hybrid model. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing high-impact automation and Media AI workflows within an enterprise-level environment. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring processes, managing ticket-based support for L2 and L3 incidents, and performing critical troubleshooting of bots to maintain operational efficiency. Ideal candidates should possess between 7 to 10 years of experience and have technical proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow and cloud environments such as AWS. Experience with Media AI tools like Roots Automation or HeyGen is a significant advantage. The role involves documenting runbooks and executing minor enhancements to existing workflows. The fast-track interview process is currently in progress, offering a compensation cap of up to ₹26 LPA for selected individuals.
Key Requirements
Monitor and manage automation workflows and processes to ensure system stability.
Handle L2 & L3 support tickets and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Perform deep troubleshooting of bots and automated processes to identify root causes.
Execute minor enhancements and bug fixes in existing automation workflows.
Maintain operational efficiency through consistent incident resolution and support.
Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for future reference.
Utilize Media AI tools such as Roots Automation or HeyGen for workflow optimization.
Work with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, for ticket tracking and management.
Apply basic understanding of observability concepts to monitor system health.
Leverage familiarity with AWS Cloud Services to support cloud-based automation environments.
Participate in virtual interviews and fast-track screening processes for immediate hire.
