Jaz Elite Aurora, located in the scenic Michamvi Kae Zanzibar, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Recreation & Aqua Park team. This role is essential for ensuring guests have a fun, safe, and memorable experience at our aquatic facilities and recreational areas. You will be responsible for supervising activities, enforcing safety regulations, and providing excellent guest service.
As a member of the Recreation & Aqua Park team, you will engage with guests, organize games, and assist with the setup and supervision of various recreational equipment. Your vigilance and positive attitude will contribute significantly to the vibrant and secure atmosphere we offer at Jaz Elite Aurora.
Key Requirements
Relevant experience in recreation or aqua park operations, with a focus on guest interaction.
Strong swimming and water safety skills, with a preference for lifeguard certification.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities, engaging positively with guests of all ages.
Ability to supervise guests effectively and ensure strict compliance with all safety rules and guidelines.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures, with current certification preferred.
