Jaz Elite Aurora, located in the scenic Michamvi Kae Zanzibar, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Recreation & Aqua Park team. This role is essential for ensuring guests have a fun, safe, and memorable experience at our aquatic facilities and recreational areas. You will be responsible for supervising activities, enforcing safety regulations, and providing excellent guest service.
As a member of the Recreation & Aqua Park team, you will engage with guests, organize games, and assist with the setup and supervision of various recreational equipment. Key Requirements
Relevant experience in recreation or aqua park operations, with a focus on guest interaction.
Strong swimming and water safety skills, with a preference for lifeguard certification.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities, engaging positively with guests of all ages.
Ability to supervise guests effectively and ensure strict compliance with all safety rules and guidelines.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures, with current certification preferred.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties in an aquatic environment, including standing and walking.
Enthusiasm for engaging with guests, organizing activities, and facilitating an enjoyable experience.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment at all times.
Strong problem-solving skills to address operational issues and guest concerns promptly.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak season periods.
