Bawe Island Zanzibar is looking for experienced and passionate Room Service Waiters and Waitresses to join our dedicated hospitality team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms with the highest level of professionalism and care. You will ensure that all orders are accurate, presented beautifully, and delivered in a timely manner to maintain the luxury standards of the resort.

Candidates must be prepared to work in a high-pressure, luxury environment where guest satisfaction is the top priority. This role involves constant interaction with guests and requires a deep understanding of service etiquette and menu knowledge. You will be expected to maintain cleanliness in the room service area and follow all safety and hygiene protocols established by the resort management.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment. Knowledge of LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
