Must currently reside in Midland, Odessa, or the immediately surrounding Texas area. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor oilfield weather conditions. Strong attention to detail for identifying structural defects, cracks, or wall loss in piping. Capacity to operate magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and ultrasonic testing equipment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for travel between various job sites. Strict adherence to all OSHA, industry-standard, and company-specific safety protocols. Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting inspection findings to supervisors. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime or weekend shifts as project demands require.
