ROUTE SUPERVISOR @ HIRE UP STAFFING
We are seeking a high-impact Route Supervisor to lead operations and drive performance for a premier environmental services provider in the Central Valley area. This is a true frontline leadership role designed for an individual who prefers active management over desk work. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of drivers, optimizing daily routes, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service reliability. This role is hands-on; if a team member is absent, you are expected to step in to fill the gap and keep the operations moving seamlessly. Salary is $73,000 – $78,000 Annually plus Full Benefits.

Key Requirements
Valid Class A or B CDL
Proven leadership experience in a logistics or transportation setting
Ability to manage and motivate a team of drivers effectively
Experience with route optimization software and manual planning
Deep understanding of safety protocols and compliance regulations
Flexibility to step in and drive routes as needed
Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure field environments
Clear communication skills for reporting and team coordination
Physical stamina to work in outdoor environmental service conditions
Track record of meeting service reliability targets
