Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience managing construction costs and commercial management.
Experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically hospitality or residential developments.
Proven track record of handling pre- and post-contract duties, including tendering and cost estimation.
