Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
Professional Registration with the relevant board or regulatory body (e.g., AQRB or equivalent).
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience managing construction costs and commercial management.
Experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically hospitality or residential developments.
Proven track record of handling pre- and post-contract duties, including tendering and cost estimation.
Advanced proficiency in construction-related software such as AutoCAD, Candy, and WinQS.
Expertise in MS Excel for precise cost estimations and material take-offs.
Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
Deep understanding of standard construction contracts and procurement methods.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for preparing final accounts.
