PROJECT ENGINEER – STRUCTURAL FABRICATION & ERECTION (ONSITE) @ TANAM ADVISORY
Tanam Advisory is actively seeking an accomplished Project Engineer specializing in Structural Fabrication & Erection. This onsite leadership role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of structural steel fabrication and erection projects, from initial mobilization through to final handover. The successful candidate will be deployed to various client mine sites across Tanzania, primarily based out of Dar es Salaam.
The role demands a professional with a robust background in structural steel within heavy industrial and mining environments. Key responsibilities include managing site execution, project schedules, and resource allocation, alongside fostering strong client coordination. The Project Engineer will be crucial in reviewing technical documentation such as structural drawings, lifting plans, and welding procedures. Supervising erection crews, subcontractors, and heavy lifting operations with cranes will also be a core duty, ensuring stringent adherence to QA/QC, HSE, and mining site safety standards.
