The Product Technician at mgas is responsible for the technical support and maintenance of smart meter operations and related workshop activities. This role involves managing company assets such as laptops and mobile devices, ensuring they are configured correctly and kept secure. The technician will serve as a primary contact for basic IT and technical support, requiring a solid understanding of both Windows and Android ecosystems to assist with daily operational needs. Beyond technical maintenance, the position focuses on organizational excellence within the smart meter workshop. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar technical or IT support role.
Proven experience in configuring and supporting Windows 10 computers.
Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Android mobile devices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 user and group administration.
