Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources or a related role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and payroll administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
