Furthermore, the role involves nurturing strong B2B connections with key stakeholders like tour operators, DMCs, and travel agents, ensuring rapid and professional responses to all inquiries with persuasive quotations and contracts.
Beyond sales, the executive will deliver exceptional guest service, acting as the primary information hub, warmly greeting guests, managing seamless check-ins, and effectively coordinating with all lodge departments. Critical financial control responsibilities include accurately processing payments, meticulously managing guest folios, and preparing daily revenue and occupancy reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
