Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience specifically in the gaming, betting, casino, or gambling industry. Comprehensive knowledge of betting shop operations and digital gaming platforms. In-depth understanding of Tanzania’s gaming regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing multi-location operations.
