OPERATIONS MANAGER – GAMING INDUSTRY @ TALENT SUITE
talent suite is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day business operations within the gaming and betting industry in Tanzania. This role involves driving operational efficiency, managing diverse teams, and ensuring service excellence across multiple branches and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Tanzanian gaming market and the ability to implement strategic initiatives that enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, and Customer Support departments to maintain seamless operations.
Key responsibilities include managing operational budgets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring strict compliance with regulations set by the Gaming Board of Tanzania. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for identifying operational risks, implementing effective controls, and supporting the company's expansion and improvement projects. This position requires a proactive individual who can make informed decisions under pressure and lead teams to meet organizational goals. Performance reporting and stakeholder management are critical components of this leadership role.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience specifically in the gaming, betting, casino, or gambling industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of betting shop operations and digital gaming platforms.
In-depth understanding of Tanzania’s gaming regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing multi-location operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized operational reporting systems.
Ability to manage operational budgets, inventory, and diverse business stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to identify operational risks and implement effective controls.
