Career Options Africa Group is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Operator (Customer Service) to join our team in Tanzania. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of communication and service are maintained across our call center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating call recordings of operators, providing actionable feedback based on evaluation results, and preparing comprehensive reports that analyze performance trends. You will work closely with remote sites to ensure consistency and recommend strategies for improving operator quality and overall customer satisfaction.

In addition to monitoring and feedback, the Quality Control Operator will play a key role in identifying training needs and supporting team development. By leveraging CRM systems and analytical tools, you will transform raw data into insights that drive operational excellence. We are looking for a professional with a background in call center sales and leadership who can contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers a basic salary of USD 250 and an additional bonus of USD 100, providing a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about quality assurance and customer experience.

Key Requirements
