The Procurement & Logistic Officer will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties. In procurement, tasks include identifying needs, preparing requisitions, sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, evaluating bids, negotiating terms, preparing purchase orders and contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. On the logistics front, the role involves coordinating transportation and delivery, managing warehouse and inventory, monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper storage and distribution, handling import/export documentation, tracking shipments, and continuously optimizing logistics processes for greater efficiency and cost reduction.
