The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. This role involves maintaining payroll records, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience specifically with payroll processes, compensation, and benefits administration.Key duties include preparing payroll reports, processing new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries. Experience within the FMCG industry is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the specific operational and accounting needs of fast-moving consumer goods companies. Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Preferably CPA certified.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Accounting.
Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
Experience in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits administration.
