The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of all personnel and operations within our construction projects. This position demands a professional with a robust background in construction safety, capable of implementing and maintaining stringent HSE policies and procedures across various sites. The primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing and enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all local and international HSE regulations. Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an HSE Engineer within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective HSE management systems.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.
Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
