The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, and developing the spa team, managing scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and overall operational performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, developing and implementing spa promotions, wellness programs, and revenue-generating initiatives, and maintaining the brand standards expected of an Autograph Collection property.
