Le Mersenne Zanzibar, Autograph Collection is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead its luxury spa operations. The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, and developing the spa team, managing scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and overall operational performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, developing and implementing spa promotions, wellness programs, and revenue-generating initiatives, and maintaining the brand standards expected of an Autograph Collection property.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness facility.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products, and wellness trends.
Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and team performance effectively.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Open to all nationals.
Ability to oversee daily spa operations ensuring high standards.
Capacity to lead, motivate, and develop a spa team to achieve excellence.
