Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Executive for Title Loans. This role is crucial for identifying, marketing, and onboarding customers for the Company’s title-backed loan product. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting the Company’s title loan products, generating new customer leads through various channels like prospecting, networking, referrals, field visits, and partnerships, and ultimately building a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed assigned loan disbursement targets.

Key responsibilities also include client acquisition and onboarding, where you will source qualified customers, educate them on loan eligibility, requirements, repayment terms, and fees, and ensure the collection and verification of complete and accurate customer documentation. Furthermore, the role involves portfolio management, monitoring repayment performance of introduced customers, conducting follow-ups to encourage timely repayments, and collaborating with the Collections Team to minimize defaults. Compliance and reporting are essential, requiring adherence to all Company policies, SOPs, and regulations, submission of weekly activity reports, and maintaining customer information confidentiality. Performance will be measured by monthly loan disbursement value, new customers onboarded, loan approval conversion rate, portfolio repayment performance, customer retention, and compliance. This is a fully performance-based, commission-only position, with earnings tied to successful loan disbursements and portfolio performance according to the Company’s commission structure. There is no fixed monthly salary.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Economics, Law, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in selling, processing, or managing Title Loans or other secured lending products is mandatory. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and disbursement targets in a title loans or secured lending environment. Strong understanding of property title verification, loan documentation, customer onboarding, and the title loan approval process. An existing network of potential clients and referral partners within the title loans market will be a distinct advantage.
