Volens Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join its Human Resources team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to the final onboarding of new employees. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating hiring needs with various department managers to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent in alignment with its strategic goals.
In this role, you will manage candidate screening, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection processes while ensuring full compliance with recruitment policies and local labor regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to supervise recruitment staff, maintain detailed reports, and support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. This is a full-time position requiring a proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, with supervisory experience being an added advantage.
Strong interviewing, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized recruitment systems.
