RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR @ VOLENS LIMITED
Volens Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join its Human Resources team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to the final onboarding of new employees. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating hiring needs with various department managers to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent in alignment with its strategic goals.
In this role, you will manage candidate screening, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection processes while ensuring full compliance with recruitment policies and local labor regulations. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, with supervisory experience being an added advantage.
Strong interviewing, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized recruitment systems.
Proven ability to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
Experience in coordinating hiring needs with various department managers.
Ability to maintain detailed recruitment reports and records accurately.
Strong organizational skills to ensure timely filling of job vacancies.
Capacity to lead and supervise a team of recruitment staff effectively.
