The Head of Digital Banking at Roar Capital will be responsible for spearheading innovation and enhancing customer experience across all digital channels. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, banking or a related field
10-15 years' experience in digital banking or fintech
Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps
Ability to lead the transition to a hybrid and digital-first banking model
Strong capability in identifying and leveraging emerging technologies and trends for innovation
