The Head of Digital Banking at Roar Capital will be responsible for spearheading innovation and enhancing customer experience across all digital channels. This pivotal role involves developing scalable digital products that significantly improve profitability, efficiency, and market reach. The successful candidate will drive the comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, aligning it with the Bank's strategic goals and leading the transition from traditional branch-led operations to a modern hybrid and digital-first banking model. They will also be instrumental in identifying emerging technologies and trends to secure a competitive advantage in the market. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, banking or a related field
10-15 years' experience in digital banking or fintech
Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps
Ability to lead the transition to a hybrid and digital-first banking model
Strong capability in identifying and leveraging emerging technologies and trends for innovation
Expertise in Digital Strategy and Innovation
Proficiency in Product Development and management
Skilled in Data Analytics for decision-making
Demonstrated strong leadership qualities
Experience in Stakeholder Management and collaboration
Sound understanding of Regulatory Awareness in the banking sector
