The primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth for automotive parts, equipment, and machinery through proactive new business development and strategic client relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, conducting customer site visits, and recommending technical solutions that meet specific client needs while achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Automotive Technology. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development. Experience in automotive parts, machinery, industrial or FMCG sales preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM software skills.
