The Treasury FI & MM Dealer position at Diamond Trust Bank Tanzania is responsible for managing Fixed Income (FI) and Money Market (MM) activities. This involves the active trading of financial instruments to optimize the bank's liquidity position and manage interest rate risks. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury dealing or Money Markets.
ACI Dealing Certificate is a mandatory requirement.
Strong understanding of Fixed Income and Money Market instruments.
Knowledge of local and international banking regulations.
