TREASURY FI & MM DEALER @ DIAMOND TRUST BANK TANZANIA
The Treasury FI & MM Dealer position at Diamond Trust Bank Tanzania is responsible for managing Fixed Income (FI) and Money Market (MM) activities. This involves the active trading of financial instruments to optimize the bank's liquidity position and manage interest rate risks. The dealer will stay abreast of market trends to ensure the bank remains competitive in its investment strategies.
Furthermore, the dealer will be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with other financial institutions and counterparties. Ensuring all trades are performed within the regulatory framework and internal risk limits is essential. This role is suited for an analytical professional with a high degree of integrity and a desire to contribute to the bank's financial stability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury dealing or Money Markets.
ACI Dealing Certificate is a mandatory requirement.
Strong understanding of Fixed Income and Money Market instruments.
Knowledge of local and international banking regulations.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for market assessment.
Proficiency in banking software and financial information terminals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with counterparties.
Proven ability to manage liquidity and interest rate risks.
High ethical standards and the ability to work under high pressure.
