Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or Agriculture. Minimum 7 years of experience in feed milling, food manufacturing, or industrial production. Minimum 4 years of management experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Specific experience in poultry feed production including mash and pellet feed. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
