DEBT COLLECTOR (3 POSITIONS) @ ONFON MICROFINANCE
Onfon Microfinance is actively seeking three committed and results-oriented Debt Collectors to bolster its loan recovery activities and cultivate positive customer relationships. This critical role involves proactive follow-up on overdue accounts, requiring effective engagement with customers through both phone calls and field visits to negotiate viable payment arrangements. The successful candidates will be tasked with recovering outstanding debts strictly in accordance with company policies and relevant legal guidelines.
Key responsibilities also include maintaining meticulous collection records and preparing comprehensive reports on recovery progress. The Debt Collector will work collaboratively with both the finance and credit teams, directly contributing to the financial health and stability of the microfinance institution. A strong ability to build rapport, exercise effective negotiation skills, and respectfully resolve payment issues is essential, ensuring that recovery targets are met while preserving valuable customer relationships.
