WASSHA Inc. Tanzania Branch is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our growing operations and deliver exceptional service across the country. As part of the WASSHA Group, you'll work alongside passionate teams dedicated to expanding access to clean energy across Africa. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational activities across Customer Care, Engineering, Supply Chain, and PayGo Reporting. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives by monitoring performance and leading cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
