We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Credit Collection Officer to join our growing team in the FMCG sector. The role is vital to ensuring the financial health of the company by managing debt collection and ensuring timely payment recovery from clients across the region.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate accounts receivable and client credit records while providing excellent customer support and business consultation. In addition to collection duties, you will actively promote and market company products and services, ensuring daily collection submissions and reporting compliance. Key Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business-related studies.
Minimum 2 years' experience in credit operations within the FMCG sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proven marketing and sales skills to promote company services.
