As the Charter Division Manager, you will lead the charter sales and operational coordination efforts to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing corporate aviation services, and coordinating specialized flights for luxury safaris, medical evacuations, and international conservation organizations. You will be expected to work independently to reach performance targets while ensuring excellent customer service delivery across all charter operations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field
Proven experience in charter sales and charter operations within Tanzania
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
