WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR @ CHARLESRECRUITMENT
A leading transport and logistics company operating across East and Central Africa is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations, inventory control, and team leadership. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient warehouse processes, optimizing storage, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. The supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, implementing safety protocols, and utilizing technology for inventory management. They will ensure that all warehouse activities align with company objectives and contribute to overall operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics supervision (preferably within a manufacturing environment).
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management practices.
Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
