A leading transport and logistics company operating across East and Central Africa is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) to provide strategic leadership across all HR functions. This role involves overseeing HR operations, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. They will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience in logistics, transport, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
