Jaz Elite Aurora in Michamvi Kae Zanzibar is looking for a professional and customer-focused Bellman to enhance our guest services. As a Bellman, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable arrival and departure experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing helpful information about the hotel and local attractions. This role requires a strong commitment to service excellence and a friendly, helpful demeanor to ensure every guest feels valued at Jaz Elite Aurora.
Key Requirements
Relevant experience in a guest service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong physical stamina and ability to handle guest luggage efficiently and safely.
