As a Bellman, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable arrival and departure experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing helpful information about the hotel and local attractions. Key Requirements
Relevant experience in a guest service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong physical stamina and ability to handle guest luggage efficiently and safely.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and welcoming approach.

Comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests.
