ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER @ BAWE ISLAND LUXURY 5-STAR RESORT
Bawe Island, a premier luxury 5-star resort, is currently looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Officer to bolster our finance operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our revenue cycle, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining healthy cash flow within the fast-paced hospitality environment of our island property in Zanzibar.
The role involves working closely with the finance team to handle collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of service and financial integrity while contributing to the seamless operation of our 5-star guest experience.
Key Requirements
Tanzanian or Zanzibari national status
Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable in hospitality
Proficiency in Opera PMS system
Strong understanding of billing and collection processes
Advanced reconciliation skills
