is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented and customer-focused professional who is results-driven, commercially minded, customer-focused, analytical and able to build strong relationships with merchants, business customers and internal stakeholders to join our Commerce Department as Network/Ecosystem Officer – ACB LIPA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, activation, utilization and transaction growth across the Branch Network while developing and maintaining a strong merchant pipeline to support branches in achieving approved targets. Responsibilities include identifying and developing strategic merchant ecosystems across priority segments such as retail, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, hotels and restaurants, supporting merchant onboarding and relationship management, and monitoring branch and merchant performance to recommend corrective actions.
Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics or a related field.
Good understanding of digital payments, merchant acquiring and digital financial services.
Knowledge of merchant onboarding, KYC/KYB, AML and customer due diligence requirements.
Strong sales, business development, relationship management and branch coordination skills.
Ability to analyse merchant and branch performance and translate findings into practical actions.

To oversee and manage all construction and maintenance operations across the university's estates and facilities, ensuring that the planning, execution, and upkeep of physical infrastructure are conducted in strict adherence to established quality standards, technical specifications, and agreed timelines, while safeguarding the strategic and operational interests of the university. The role involves managing financial and contractual parts of construction projects, preparing bills of quantities, monitoring costs, and calculating expenses for materials, labor, equipment, and land before and during construction. Furthermore, the successful candidate will oversee the planning, scheduling, and overall delivery of construction works while handling and administering construction legal documents, tenders, negotiations, and dispute resolutions in liaison with the university leadership.
Key Requirements
Good knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and reporting skills
Experience in construction projects management
Holder of University Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Economics
