The candidate must be comfortable working with advanced industrial machinery, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems while strictly adhering to safety protocols and engineering standards.
The position involves working in a collaborative production environment, performing shift work to support 24/7 manufacturing cycles. Key tasks include interpreting complex mechanical drawings, performing routine maintenance on Sidel SB0 blowers and Matrix fillers, and providing expert technical support for Krones equipment. This is a critical technical role aimed at maintaining high output efficiency and product quality standards. The salary for this position is TZS 1,300,000 - 1,500,000 Gross per Month.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
Minimum 3 years' experience with Sidel PET Bottling Lines and Krones Labeling Machines
Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, chains and conveyors
Hands-on experience with Sidel SB0 blowers, Matrix fillers and Krones Labelers
Ability to read mechanical drawings and use relevant maintenance tools
