HSD, on behalf of our client in the luxury retail industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Retail Operations to support and oversee daily store activities in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between management and floor staff, facilitating smooth operations and ensuring all sales targets are met through strategic oversight and proactive problem-solving.
