We are seeking five dedicated Data Collectors to support our monitoring and evaluation efforts. This role involves active engagement in fieldwork, conducting surveys, and gathering qualitative and quantitative data from various project sites, including schools and community hubs. You will be instrumental in capturing evidence that drives our program development and ensures we achieve our intended impact across our targeted intervention areas.
Successful candidates will work on a short-term, call-off basis for up to 12 months, with a time commitment of approximately 5-8 days per month. You will operate under the guidance of our Senior Evidence, Learning and Impact Officer, ensuring that all data gathered is accurate, ethical, and representative of the communities we serve. Field visits may extend beyond Dar es Salaam depending on the project requirements at the time.
Key Requirements
Aged between 18 and 35 years.
Resident in Dar es Salaam and familiar with its districts.
Able to travel to project sites and participant locations.
Diploma or degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or Education.
At least 1 year of proven experience in data collection, including surveys, assessments, or monitoring.
