Xerin AIR CARGO is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer specializing in Shipping and Logistics to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting destinations and empowering businesses by managing the front-line interactions with our valued clients. Primary responsibilities include handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing real-time shipment updates, and ensuring that all cargo movements are tracked accurately from origin to destination.
In this role, you will coordinate closely with operational teams to streamline air and sea cargo processes. We are looking for an individual with at least two years of experience in the logistics industry who possesses a deep understanding of freight operations and exceptional communication skills.
