SWI is currently seeking a dedicated and technically proficient RF Drive Test Engineer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field measurements to monitor and evaluate the performance of wireless networks. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality connectivity for users by identifying coverage gaps and interference issues through rigorous testing and data analysis using specialized hardware and software tools.
As an RF Drive Test Engineer, you will utilize advanced tools to collect network data while traveling along designated routes. Key Requirements
Extensive experience in RF Drive Testing and field data collection techniques.
Proficiency in using professional drive test tools such as TEMS Discovery, NEMO, or Genex.
Strong technical understanding of wireless technologies including 4G LTE and 5G NR.
Ability to analyze log files and identify complex network performance issues.
Possession of a valid driver's license for mobile field operations in Kenya.
