MONITORING EVALUATION AND LEANING OFFICER (1 POSITION) @ COMMUNITY ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT AND LEGAL SUPPORT (CEELS)
Community Economic Empowerment and Legal Support (CEELS) is an organization dedicated to enhancing the socio-economic status and legal awareness of communities. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer to join their team in Sumbawanga. The successful candidate will play a critical role in tracking project progress, measuring impact, and ensuring that organizational goals are met with high standards of accountability. The role involves designing and implementing M&E frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and generating reports to inform decision-making processes.
As a MEL Officer, you will work closely with project teams to capture lessons learned and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This position is based in Sumbawanga, Tanzania, and requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for community development. The officer will be responsible for overseeing data quality assessments and supporting staff in understanding and using monitoring tools effectively.
