SENIOR PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST @ SOLVO GLOBAL
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist to join an excellent international company in a 100% remote capacity. This role is designed for a professional with a consultative mindset and advanced technical skills who can lead end-to-end payroll implementations. You will be responsible for guiding diverse clients through the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial discovery sessions and workflow understanding to configuration, validation, and final go-live handoffs. The ideal candidate will bring order to complex environments and contribute significantly to standardizing processes for efficient, scalable client experiences.
In addition to project leadership, you will play a critical role in supporting operations by troubleshooting advanced issues and performing root cause analysis. You will be expected to validate data migrations, train both internal and external users, and present detailed plans and recommendations to various stakeholders. This position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., within a collaborative and high-growth international environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate high levels of autonomy and the ability to organize complex information effectively while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
